Job summary

iCrossing, a Hearst-backed marketing and technology partner, seeks an Engagement Manager to lead enterprise-level digital programs. The role involves coordinating a multi-disciplinary team across strategy, media, experience, engineering, data, and AI to deliver measurable growth for clients.

It requires a strong background in management consulting and digital transformation and offers a hybrid work schedule in New York City.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience leading complex, client-facing digital programs.
Experience managing cross-functional delivery across UX, creative, technology/development, QA, and deployment teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile or iterative delivery environments.
Experience serving as primary client or partner contact for program status, risks, decisions, and escalations.
Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams aligned to client goals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end direction and day-to-day execution of client digital programs.
Manage project workstreams through full development lifecycle and coordinate with partners.
Track sprint progress and manage program backlogs with onshore/offshore teams.
Maintain project plans, resource assignments, and publish updates to stakeholders.
Develop staffing plans to deliver new initiatives and renewals.
Build strong client relationships and evangelize iCrossing's capabilities.
Develop knowledge of iCrossing services and differentiators.
Collaborate on account plans to meet growth targets.
