You will lead the engagement, manage scope, discovery, UX, Creative, and Technical development, and drive multi-team collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of related work experience in a major strategic consulting firm background preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading complex, client-facing digital programs from discovery through execution, launch, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end direction and day-to-day execution of client digital programs, directing engagement team members.
• Manage project workstreams through the full development lifecycle and coordinate with creative and technology partners.
• Track sprint progress, manage backlogs, and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams.
