Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in digital transformation projects, especially for eCommerce and CMS platforms.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable specifications, map processes, and drive successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will collect and interpret requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with roadmaps, quality, and user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s considered a plus.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation projects.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools).
• Familiarity with CMS tools like Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Direct the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to translate goals into functional and technical specs.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to optimize digital workflows and customer journeys.
• Ensure alignment with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, PMs, and product owners.
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute to the roadmap of digital transformation initiatives for scalability and performance.
• Lead risk assessments and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Organize workshops and meetings to gather feedback and provide progress updates.
