Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strategic mindset to bridge onshore clients and offshore development teams in Financial Services, especially Wealth Management.

You will define Epic MVPs, map data, and design multi-application workflows while guiding Agile delivery and QA processes. You will collaborate across stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specs, and craft Power BI dashboards to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of business analysis and requirements management experience within Financial Services (Wealth Management preferred).
• Proven experience in strategic product thinking, product vision, and Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, UX design, wireframing/prototyping tools, and test strategy development.
• Proficiency in creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of API specifications, backend systems, and integration patterns and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product & Solution Vision: Drive product development strategy and align technical solutions with long-term business goals, partnering with Product Owners to define Epic MVPs and iterative delivery plans.
• Client & Team Liaison: Collaborate with onshore clients, offshore development teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements; maintain visibility via video-based collaboration.
• Data Mapping & Technical Analysis: Lead complex data mapping initiatives, translating business data requirements into actionable technical specifications, API specs, and backend integration patterns.
• UX & Workflow Design: Apply UX principles to create intuitive, user-centered solutions, wireframes, and complex multi-application workflows.
• Agile & Story Management: Facilitate Agile teams in story management, story slicing, and grooming sessions.
• Reporting & Quality Assurance: Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards; develop testing strategies, scenarios, and user acceptance criteria.
