Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks a supply chain planning specialist to join SCM Connections in the United States. You will lead APS implementation projects, integrate advanced planning analytics, and work with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or o9 to optimize demand planning and inventory.

Expect cross‑functional collaboration, data-driven reporting, and client-facing work across regions, with some travel to client sites. Required: 3+ years in supply chain, graduate degree, strong English communication; bilingual

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or business.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
• APS software implementation experience is required, specializing in SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and/or o9.
• Good understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization and supply chain fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ERP data systems and data extraction, transformation, analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end APS implementation projects for clients across industries and geographies.
• Build client relationships through cross‑functional supply chain consulting projects.
• Collaborate with project leads, system architects, partners, and client teams to optimize reports and models.
• Travel to client locations to support design and implementation of advanced planning solutions.
• Shape future solution roadmaps based on client pain points and business requirements.
