Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a qualified professional to join SCM Connections in the US, focusing on Advanced Planning Systems across industries. You will lead the design, data aggregation, and analytics for APS modules including S&OP, demand, inventory optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or business; MBA or master’s in supply chain optimization/operational research/industrial engineering preferred.
3+ years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
APS software implementation experience required, specializing in at least SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or o9.

Responsibilities

Lead APS software implementations and optimization initiatives for client supply chains.
Collaborate with project leads, system architects, and client teams to design and deploy advanced planning solutions.
Aggregate and analyze data to support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
