McKinsey & Company seeks a seasoned analytics professional to design and implement advanced digital planning solutions, focusing on APS and SAP IBP deployments.

You will lead lifecycle delivery from design to validation, build complex datasets, configure APS platforms, and collaborate with architects and internal product teams to shape future roadmaps. Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, business, MBA, or a master’s degree in supply‑chain optimization, operations research, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in supply‑chain or related field.
• SAP IBP implementation experience required.
• Good understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, supply‑chain planning or operational supply‑chain fundamentals.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain data and data systems such as ERP, TMS, WMS.
• Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Exposure to advanced optimization techniques such as mixed‑integer linear programming, statistical analyses, and machine learning.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required; bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will spend a significant part of your time working with McKinsey clients to design and implement advanced digital planning solutions.
• You will participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of APS solutions for clients across industries and geographies, specializing in SAP IBP software implementations, advanced planning analytics, and ML solutions.
• You will work with solution architects to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements and build complex datasets, and configure the APS platform based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operations and supply‑chain problems.
• You will work with McKinsey’s internal product teams as well as third‑party planning solution providers to shape future solution roadmaps based on client pain points and business requirements.
