Job summary
McKinsey & Company seeks a seasoned professional to drive the SCM Connections (SCMC) asset, focusing on commercial growth and shaping high-impact supply chain planning engagements. You will bridge business and technical teams across APS platforms (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis) and partner with alliance teams to scale relationships.
You will lead business case development, proposals, and go-to-market activities while guiding SCMC economics, P&L, and global strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
- Experience with APS platforms and vendors.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with opportunity shaping.
- Ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset in low-structure, high-growth environments.
- Willingness to travel 50%
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and pipeline creation for APS-enabled opportunities.
- Contribute to proposals and solution positioning with APS partners.
- Collaborate with alliance partners on go-to-market initiatives.
- Assist Senior Asset Lead with SCMC P&L, resourcing, and global strategy.
- Translate business needs into technology-enabled supply chain solutions.
