Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to drive decision-grade insights and predictive modeling for Digital Success. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze customer interactions and product performance, turning findings into actionable recommendations.

You will design complex metrics, build predictive models, and enable self-serve analytics through Tableau dashboards and AI-assisted tools, ensuring governance and privacy across the analytics portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in analytics as Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer/ Data Scientist/ BI Engineer.
• Management consulting experience is a plus; ability to distill complex problems into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver decision-grade insights by analyzing customer, case, chat, voice, and in-app behavior.
• Measure and compare product performance with launch tracking, A/B, and cohort analyses.
• Build predictive and statistical models for forecasting, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Define North Star metrics and ensure alignment with business growth signals.
• Establish a single source of truth for metrics across Digital Success functions.
• Create dashboards and data stories (Tableau) for stakeholders up to executive level.
• Enable self-serve and AI-assisted analytics with Tableau, MCP, and LLM tools.
• Define data instrumentation and tracking requirements with product and engineering partners.
• Apply privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA) and responsible AI practices in analysis.
• Collaborate with IT Data Engineering, Architecture, Platform, and Governance teams.
