Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to support the Corporate Strategy and Transformation team in executing company-wide transformational projects and shaping NUSA’s overarching strategy. You will contribute to portfolio management, competitive analyses, growth opportunities, and margin/ROIC optimization.

The role demands exceptional analytical and project management capabilities, with a balance of detailed work and strategic thinking, and a strong ability to deliver under tight

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA considered a significant plus.
• 3+ years of related experience in Consulting, Finance, or Strategy.
• Strong ability to use data to tell stories clearly and concisely.
• Advanced Excel and proficient in PowerPoint and Word for communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough internal and external analyses in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Be data-driven and able to pull insights from multiple sources including databases and reports.
• Execute analysis, scope information, evaluate input for accuracy, synthesize insights, and communicate key findings.
• Maintain understanding of external landscape and integrate into strategic recommendations.
• Assist in developing high-quality presentations for senior leadership (NUSA and Global).
• Prioritize deliverables and manage cross-group timelines.
• Support M&A activities including target pipeline development and diligences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key recommendations and governance at the enterprise level.
