You will lead cross-functional workshops, develop next-best-action/content strategies, and partner with analytics to measure journey effectiveness.

Join a 25-marketer+ team spanning NAMER, EMEA, LATAM and APJ, focused on customer-centric marketing and scalable journey orchestration across the IDC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive customer journey frameworks across awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty stages for Integrated Demand Center initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define journey requirements, success metrics, and customer touchpoints.
• Develop next best content strategies that personalize customer experiences at scale and align with business objectives.
• Define journey progression metrics in partnership with CX analytics team.
• Present journey strategies and results to leadership stakeholders.
