Job summary

Amazon's AWS Marketing team seeks a strategic Digital Strategist to join the Customer Experience group within the Integrated Demand Center, with a dedicated focus on re:Invent. You will design end-to-end customer journeys that convert event engagement into long-term adoption and growth across pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, develop next-best-action strategies, and align CX analytics with journey design.
