Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York seeks a strategic Digital Strategist to design end-to-end customer journeys that convert event engagement into long-term adoption and growth, covering pre-event awareness through post-event nurture.

You will partner with insights, analytics, and marketing teams to define journey frameworks, metrics, and scalable customer-centric strategies for re:Invent and related campaigns.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Journey Design & Strategy across awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty stages.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define journey requirements, success metrics, and touchpoints.
• Develop next best action/content strategies to personalize experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with insights, analytics, and marketing teams on data requirements and measurement.
