Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Senior Digital Specialist, Paid Media, to scale our paid media programs across search, social, programmatic and video. This role will analyze campaign performance, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize budgets and creative approaches.

Based in the Durham, NC area with a hybrid schedule (office-based at least three days per week), you will help drive demand generation and contribute to Tanium's global digital

• Monitor daily budget pacing and flag spend or performance risks early

Job description

This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA. Tanium is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Senior Digital Specialist, Paid Media, to help scale our presence on new and emerging digital advertising channels that support Tanium's go-to-market motion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will support the Digital team's channel strategy and make a measurable impact by executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and turning data into clear optimization recommendations. This role is a great fit for someone who loves digging into data, sweats the details, and wants to grow alongside fast-evolving ad platforms. You'll also learn best practices from a team managing significant investment across paid search, paid social, programmatic and video channels, giving you broad exposure to Tanium's global digital and demand gen programs.
