Job summary

Tanium seeks a detail-oriented Senior Digital Specialist, Paid Media to scale our presence on new advertising channels supporting Tanium's go-to-market motion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will execute campaigns, analyze performance, and translate data into clear optimization recommendations across paid search, paid social, programmatic and video channels.

This role is ideal for someone who loves data analysis, is comfortable with GA4, Marketo and Salesforce integrations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Google/LinkedIn/Meta/Display).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, ad reporting, GA4.
• Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital campaign performance on a regular cadence and translate data into insights.
• Support campaign execution across emerging digital channels based on strategy and budgets.
• Monitor daily budget pacing and flag spend or performance risks.
• Run KPIs optimizations across creative, audiences, and bids.
• Use AI tools to accelerate performance analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Set up and maintain tracking (pixels, UTM, naming conventions) and ensure data flows to Marketo and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with campaigns and creative teams to adapt messaging for each platform.
• Support A/B testing and incrementality measurement.
• Stay curious about new ad platforms and test opportunities.
