Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a Digital Technologies (DT) Sr. Business Analyst to join the ES Applications Value Management Office.

This remote role supports enterprise initiatives, driving design solutions and increasing adoption of digital services across RTX corporate functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead testing efforts, and produce essential design specs and test plans.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application architecture.
• Experience working in a data-driven organization using data as a strategic asset and leading digital transformation using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements, use cases, process maps, and solution designs to support business needs and improvements.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across RTX.
• Lead testing efforts, including data mapping, solution validation, and execution of unit, integration, UAT, and pilot testing.
• Create and maintain key project documentation, including design specs, configuration documents, and test plans.
• Coordinate with DT, Business Units, Corporate teams, System Integrators, PMO, and solution architects to deliver project work smoothly and support implementation readiness, with up to 25% travel as needed.
