Job summary

Medela LLC is seeking a Senior Digital Shelf & Content Operations Manager to lead the optimization of product content across Amazon and other major online retailers globally. The role emphasizes PDP optimization, catalog accuracy, and digital shelf analytics to improve discovery and conversion.

You will own content workflows, collaborate with regional teams to adapt content, and deploy best practices across markets while managing external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in digital shelf management, eCommerce content operations, or digital commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Brand Registry, and PDP optimization.
• Experience using Salsify or a comparable PIM/PXM or content syndication platform.
• Demonstrated success improving product content, organic search visibility, or conversion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of Amazon PDPs, including titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
• Improve organic search visibility, discoverability, and conversion across Amazon and other retailers.
• Identify and resolve catalog issues, suppressed listings, missing content, and barriers to performance.
• Monitor Amazon marketplace developments, search algorithms, and AI-powered capabilities.
