Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system solutions for MedTech QS applications (EtQ, PLM, ComplianceWire) in a hybrid role across the United States and Puerto Rico.

You will lead deployments, maintain access controls, manage master data, develop test scripts, and support projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, and changes, all to ensure quality, compliance, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CS/Engineering/Life Sciences is an asset.
• 4+ years of quality, manufacturing, and/or R&D in a regulated industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and CSV processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand partner needs and translate into IT solutions while balancing tradeoffs.
• Lead deployments for new in-scope systems and upgrades.
• Maintain existing in-scope systems with access, data, interfaces, and validation.
• Coordinate data extraction and analytics for compliance and project support.
• Develop and execute test scripts for system compliance.
• Lead or support projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, network changes, and org changes.
• Develop and maintain global procedures for PLM, DCM, CAPA, and NC.
• Manage budgets and communicate issues to management.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines are followed and resources are available.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
