Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business requirements into quality-system solutions (EtQ, PLM, ComplianceWire) and lead deployments of new systems. You will collaborate with MT businesses, Technology and QA teams to drive compliant, scalable implementations, support validation, and maintain global procedures.

This role may require up to 5% domestic and international travel, and offers a hybrid work model across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of quality, manufacturing, and/or R&D experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
• Proven understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business partner needs into IT solutions while balancing tradeoffs and business impact.
• Participate on MT-wide multi-functional teams to meet Quality Management System requirements.
• Lead deployments for new in-scope systems and related platform implementations and upgrades.
• Maintain and improve existing in-scope systems including access management, master data, interfaces, and validation.
• Coordinate data extraction, analytics, and surveillance for compliance and project support.
• Develop and execute test scripts to support compliance of in-scope systems.
