Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business requirements into IT solutions for MedTech QS applications. The role focuses on EtQ, PLM, and ComplianceWire ecosystems, supporting deployments, upgrades, validation, and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in regulated quality environments, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in a related field.
Minimum 4 years of quality, manufacturing, and/or R&D experience within a regulated industry.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of SDLC/CSV is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into IT solutions for QS applications and support deployment of new systems and upgrades.
Lead or support IT solution delivery across MT Quality System (EtQ, PLM, ComplianceWire) and related programs.
Develop and execute test scripts to support compliance of in-scope systems.
Manage budgets and communicate issues to management; ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
