Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system solutions for QS applications, including EtQ, PLM, and ComplianceWire, across deployment efforts.

You will engage with MT businesses and J&J Tech teams to drive compliant, patient-safe implementations, support validation, and run ongoing operational activities for QS tools in a hybrid US-based role. This role requires strong communication and SDLC/CSV experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CS/Engineering/Life Sciences is a plus.
• 4+ years in quality, manufacturing, and/or R&D in a regulated setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with NC, CAPA, and change control; knowledge of SDLC/CSV is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into IT solutions for QS applications.
• Collaborate with MT and J&J Tech teams to implement IT solutions across QS.
• Lead or support deployments and upgrades of in-scope systems.
• Develop and maintain global procedures for QS systems (PLM, Document Management, CAPA, NC).
• Coordinate data extraction and analytics for compliance and reporting.
• Develop and execute test scripts to support system compliance.
