Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in MedTech, seeks a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business needs into IT solutions for quality systems across EtQ, PLM, and related ecosystems. This hybrid role covers multiple U.S.

states and Puerto Rico, supporting system validation, data analytics, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in quality or R&D within regulated environments, strong collaboration skills, and experience with NC/CAPA/change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years in quality, manufacturing, or R&D in a regulated industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience with NC, CAPA, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partner needs and translate into IT solutions while balancing tradeoffs.
• Participate on MT-wide multi-functional teams to integrate IT solutions.
• Lead deployments for new in-scope systems and platform upgrades.
• Maintain existing systems including user access, data management, interfaces, and validation.
• Coordinate surveillance of user accounts and data extraction for compliance and analytics.
• Develop and execute test scripts to support compliance of in-scope systems.
• Lead or support projects to support acquisitions, divestitures, network changes, and org changes.
