Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable digital solutions across regulated environments. The role spans requirements through validation, deployment, and stabilization for pharma, biotech, and medical-device clients.

You will work with QA/QC, laboratory, IT, and data teams to design compliant, traceable workflows, supporting AI-enabled quality tools with proper governance. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or lab systems experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Experience producing requirements, process maps, data mappings, or test artifacts.
• Ability to travel 80-100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and lab workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and pain points.
• Document processes, user stories, requirements, data mappings, and controls.
• Support design and implementation of deviations, CAPA, change control, and batch release.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms.
• Integrate QA/QC data across LIMS, MES, ERP, and related systems.
• Develop data models, source-to-target mappings, and data quality rules.
• Configure solution components and document design decisions.
• Prepare functional and integration tests, track defects, and ensure traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, user training, and handover activities.
• Collaborate with client teams on GxP data integrity and audit trails.
• Contribute to governed AI applications for quality with human-in-the-loop review.
