Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, lab, and manufacturing needs with deployable digital solutions. You will design, implement, validate, and deploy digital quality workflows across eQMS/QMS platforms and LIMS, ensuring data integrity and GxP compliance.

You will collaborate with QA, IT, and client teams, own deliverables, map data flows, write requirements and test scripts, and contribute to AI-enabled quality insights with end-to-end traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related field.
• Experience with quality, laboratory, or manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering requirements, data mappings, interfaces, and validation materials.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and lab workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and pain points through interviews and data review.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, interfaces, and quality controls for digital solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality workflow capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, and batch release.
• Configure or prototype components, and document design decisions for client reviews.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; maintain traceability from requirements to test evidence.
• Support deployment readiness, user training, and handover with clear documentation.
