Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help design, build, test, and deploy digital quality solutions for regulated environments. You will work across QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing domains, coordinating with client teams to deliver compliant, traceable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related field.
• Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, and inspection readiness.
• Experience implementing digital QMS and laboratory data systems (LIMS, eQMS) across QA/QC.
• Ability to travel 80–100% as required by engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data to identify improvements.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality-domain capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, and release.
• Configure and prototype digital-quality workflows with eQMS/QMS platforms; ensure traceability and governance.
• Connect QA/QC and laboratory processes across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP, and related systems.
• Develop data models and mappings relating quality events to products and processes.
• Collaborate with architects on interfaces, APIs, and data connectivity.
• Prepare functional/integration test scripts; manage defects and traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, user training, and documentation.
• Coordinate with client teams on GxP data integrity, electronic records, and validation.
