Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated QA/QC environments. You will connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology across the delivery lifecycle.

You will work with QA/QC, regulatory, IT, data, and client teams to own technical deliverables, resolve issues, and translate workflows into compliant designs and testable requirements. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related experience.
• Experience with quality, laboratory, or manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Experience with one or more core quality processes (deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, etc.).
• Experience delivering requirements, process maps, data mappings, interfaces, or validation artifacts.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams to investigate requirements and implement solutions.
• Ability to travel 80-100% as needed; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and lab workflows, user needs, and data interfaces through interviews and reviews.
• Document process flows, user stories, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality-domain capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
• Connect QA/QC and lab processes across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP and related systems; support data traceability.
• Develop and review data models, mappings, and data quality rules; contextualize datasets for quality events.
• Collaborate with solution architects on API specs and instrument connectivity; document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; maintain traceability to requirements and risks.
• Support deployment readiness, user training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Coordinate tasks with junior colleagues and communicate progress to client leads.
