EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing workflows with deployable technology for regulated environments. You will contribute across the delivery lifecycle from requirements and design to validation and deployment of digital quality solutions.

You will collaborate with QA, QC, regulatory, IT and data teams, own key deliverables, and translate workflows into compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, laboratory systems, digital QMS, or related field.
• Experience with quality, laboratory, or manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Experience with core quality processes such as deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, data points, and pain points through interviews and reviews.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of digital quality workflows across eQMS/QMS platforms.
• Design and improve workflows integrating QA/QC, LIMS, MES, ERP and related systems.
• Configure or prototype solution components and document design decisions for review.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts and maintain traceability between requirements and tests.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure compliance with GxP/GMP, data integrity, and end-to-end traceability.
• Contribute to AI-enabled quality initiatives with governance and human-in-the-loop review.
