Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to serve pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device clients. You will connect QA, QC, laboratory and manufacturing needs with deployable tech, guiding from assessments to validation and deployment across the delivery lifecycle.

You will work with QA/QC, IT, data, and validation teams, translating workflows into compliant design Specs and testable requirements while ensuring traceability and audit readiness throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Life Sciences quality or related field.
• Experience with QA/QC, laboratory processes, or digital QMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and lab workflows, user needs, data, and pain points via interviews and data review.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and interface needs for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality-domain capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms with integrations.
• Connect QA/QC and laboratory processes across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP, and other lab data systems.
• Develop data models and mappings relating quality events to products, materials, and process conditions.
• Collaborate on interfaces, APIs, and secure data movement between systems.
• Prepare functional and integration test scripts and maintain traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Partner with client teams on GxP, data integrity, and electronic records compliance.
• Integrate quality data to identify trends and improve decision-making.
• Contribute to governed AI applications for Quality with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Communicate progress and risks to client leads and coordinate tasks.
