Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device clients. You will connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology.

You will own deliverables across the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, validation, deployment, and adoption, working with cross-functional teams and ensuring GxP compliance. The role offers global exposure and opportunity to shape quality strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or laboratory systems experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with quality processes (deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, release) and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and pain points through interviews and data review.
• Document process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts, and maintain traceability between requirements and test evidence.
