Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology for regulated environments. You will own deliverables across the lifecycle, from assessments to validation, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and GxP controls.

You will collaborate with QA, QC, IT, data, and engineering teams, shaping digital quality workflows, AI-enabled investigations, and end-to-end traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or laboratory systems experience.
• Experience with quality processes (deviations, CAPA, change control, audits) in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering technical or functional artifacts: requirements, data mappings, interface specs, test scripts, validation evidence.

Responsibilities

• Assess QA/QC and laboratory workflows, user needs, interfaces, data points, and pain points through interviews and reviews.
• Document processes, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of digital quality workflows across eQMS/QMS platforms and laboratory systems.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows and integrate with LIMS, MES, ERP, and other data systems.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; maintain traceability between requirements, risks, controls, and tests.
• Contribute to AI-enabled quality investigations, anomaly detection, and trend analysis with governance.
