EY is hiring a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to work with pharma, biotech, and medical-device clients across the U.S. You will connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable digital solutions, from design through validation and deployment.

You will collaborate with QA, QC, IT, and regulatory teams, developing tests, documenting requirements, and ensuring traceability to quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or digital QMS.
• Experience with quality, laboratory, or manufacturing processes in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).

Responsabilités

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, data, and pain points through interviews and review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interfaces for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality-domain capabilities spanning deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, audits, and inspection readiness.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
• Connect QA/QC and laboratory processes across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP, and laboratory data systems.
