Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology. You will work across quality processes, digital QMS, and data integration to design compliant, testable requirements and validation evidence.

You will collaborate with QA, QC, IT, and client teams to implement AI-enabled quality workflows, align with GxP controls, and enable end-to-end traceability across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related field.
• Experience with QA/QC, laboratory, or manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts such as requirements, process maps, data mappings, or interface specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data points through interviews and data reviews.
• Document processes, requirements, data mappings, interfaces, and quality-system controls.
• Support design and implementation of quality-domain capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, and batch disposition.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Contextualize quality and laboratory data across QA, QC, manufacturing, and release domains.
• Develop data models, source-to-target mappings, and data-quality rules for quality events.
