EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help deliver digital quality solutions for regulated environments. You'll connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing data within eQMS/QMS and related systems, designing compliant, testable requirements and deployment artifacts.

You will partner with QA, validation, IT and client teams to ensure cGxP conformity, data integrity and end-to-end traceability, while contributing to AI-enabled quality improvements and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or laboratory systems experience.
• Experience with quality processes: deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, and data integrity.
• Ability to produce technical/delivery artifacts: requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, validation evidence.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams to implement solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required (80-100%).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assess QA/QC and laboratory workflows, data interfaces, and current pain points through interviews and reviews.
• Document processes, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Design and support digital-quality workflows in eQMS/QMS platforms and integrate with LIMS, MES, and ERP systems.
• Configure components and document design decisions for client leads and project teams.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, track defects, and maintain traceability to requirements and risks.
• Support deployment readiness, user training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, validation, and client teams on GxP, data integrity, electronic records, and end-to-end traceability.
• Contribute to AI-enabled quality initiatives with governance and human-in-the-loop review.
