Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help design, build, test, and deploy digital quality solutions for regulated environments. You will connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology across lifecycle stages, from assessments through validation and stabilization.

You will collaborate with QA, QC, IT, data teams, and external partners, owning deliverables, resolving issues, and translating workflows into compliant requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or laboratory systems experience.
• Experience with quality processes such as deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, or quality risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data points.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of cross-domain quality capabilities (deviations, CAPA, change control, release).
• Configure and prototype components and document design decisions for client review.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts and maintain traceability between requirements and tests.
