Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable digital solutions across regulated environments.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to define requirements, data models, and integration points, contributing to AI-enabled quality workflows with governance and controls. This role offers national travel and fully remote options in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years of Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related experience.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Experience delivering requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, and validation materials.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows and data interfaces through interviews and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, requirements, data mappings, interfaces, and controls.
• Support design and implementation of quality workflows across deviations, CAPA, change control, and batch release.
• Configure digital quality workflows with eQMS/QMS platforms and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Prepare and execute test scripts and maintain traceability from requirements to validation evidence.
