Job summary

Airgas seeks a senior QA leader to guide a multi-disciplinary team through CI/CD integrations, defining quality metrics aligned with CX and business goals. You will drive performance, security, and scalability validation across cloud-native environments and coordinate with offshore teams, while mentoring SQA staff to elevate testing strategies and outcomes.

You will manage internal and vendor QA resources, shaping master test plans and ensuring SDLC/SQA adherence across complex projects,

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of managing a Software Quality Assurance team.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation in large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
• Expertise in Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience in cloud-native or microservices environments.
• Ability to define quality metrics and CX alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team and supervise third-party QA vendor operations.
• Guide transitions to CI/CD-integrated workflows and DevOps automation.
• Define and report quality metrics to influence business decisions.
• Lead QA strategy for performance, security, and scalability.
• Define quality gates with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate SQA staff.
• Coordinate offshore testing and development teams.
• Develop master test strategies for large projects.
