Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior QA/Automation Test Engineer to lead quality engineering in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will define testing strategy, advance automation, and ensure secure, scalable releases.

As a technical leader, you’ll mentor others and partner with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the SDLC. You will design automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD, while driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and security-focused testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 7+ years in Software QA, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering recommended.
• Experience leading testing efforts on large-scale enterprise applications.
• Experience within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering initiatives across applications and platforms.
• Define testing strategy, standards, and release-readiness criteria.
• Architect and maintain enterprise-scale automated testing frameworks.
• Develop reusable automation for functional, API, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality practices across teams.
