Job summary

Airgas seeks a senior QA leader to guide a multi-disciplinary team through CI/CD integrations, defining quality metrics aligned with CX and business goals. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of managing a Software Quality Assurance team.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation in large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
• Expertise in Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience in cloud-native or microservices environments.
• Ability to define quality metrics and CX alignment.
