Job summary
Airgas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Quality Assurance Manager in Radnor, PA to lead a multi-disciplinary QA team and own the QA strategy across digital platforms. This role focuses on driving test automation, performance testing, and security considerations within a DevOps-enabled environment.
The position requires 8–10 years in Software Quality Assurance and 5+ years of management, with expertise in CI/CD, automation frameworks, and cloud-native testing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance
- 5+ years of managing a Software Quality Assurance team
- Proven ability to navigate and lead QA discipline within large-scale enterprises
- Experience with CI/CD ecosystems and automation tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Selenium, Playwright and JMeter
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary QA team including manual, automation, performance, and accessibility testing; supervise third-party QA vendors
- Guide the transition to CI/CD-integrated workflows and DevOps alignment
- Define quality gates and metrics; report CX-aligned quality outcomes
- Partner with Security and Compliance to shift-left security testing in DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital Product, Analytics, and Infrastructure
