Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an IT QA Manager to lead the enterprise Quality Assurance function, overseeing a globally distributed team and partners. The role covers strategy, governance, budgets, automation, and transformation initiatives across IT and business stakeholders.

You will drive scalable quality practices, optimize resources, and advance Azure DevOps, AI-enabled testing, and compliance across the portfolio. Hybrid role based in NJ with in-person days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Validation, IT Delivery, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading global teams, including offshore and managed service resources.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, validation, compliance, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise IT Quality Assurance strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and manage a globally distributed QA organization, including onshore, offshore, and managed service resources.
• Manage QA resource capacity, demand forecasting, and portfolio planning for project delivery and operations.
• Lead QA activities covering lifecycle management, deployments, and production support changes with testing and risk assessment.
• Manage QA operating budgets, software licensing, vendor spend, and ROI optimization.
• Partner with PMO, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Global Quality, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise programs.
• Provide governance for SDLC, compliance, audit readiness, risk-based testing, and quality processes.
• Drive adoption of Agile, Azure DevOps, dashboards, and work management to improve visibility.
• Lead automation, AI, and innovative testing initiatives across IT landscape.
• Develop executive dashboards, metrics, and strategic recommendations; ensure testing artifacts are standardized.
• Collaborate with US-based and distributed teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
