Qualifications

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of support staff or production team members.
• Oversee audit or inspection processes to monitor compliance with quality standards.
• Administer policies and programs ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Participate in development and administration of a quality management system.
• Supervise analysts collecting data on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Solicit internal and external feedback to improve processes or products.
• Lead and direct employees, including hiring, performance management, and termination with HR approval.
