Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking an Enterprise/Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role manages multiple projects in a matrixed environment, blending SDLC and Agile methodologies to deliver on time and within scope.

You will partner with client leaders and internal teams to drive strategic outcomes and quality results. Remote-first position with occasional in-office days in Atlanta, GA, and a strong emphasis on collaboration, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, IS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years as Senior Project Manager in digital/creative environments.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation, escalation, and solution-providing skills for senior leadership.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall; experience with DXP and full website builds.
• Knowledge of UX/UI, SEO, localization and testing/optimization.
• Leadership with strategic and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects in a matrixed environment using SDLC and Agile.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and processes per MSQ DX standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet timelines.
• Support business development activities including RFPs and SOWs.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
