Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a Senior User Experience Architect to translate complex business challenges into intuitive digital experiences, spanning websites, portals, kiosks, mobile apps, eCommerce journeys, and CMS implementations.

In this remote role with some in-office days, you will lead UX research, IA, wireframes, and AI-first design, collaborating with creative and development teams in an agile environment. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent digital experience.
8+ years of experience architecting digital experiences across platforms and devices.
Wireframing, journey mapping, user flows, and UI prototyping.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive frameworks.
Experience with CMS-driven experiences.
Interest in AI-first UX and GPT flows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to understand user behaviors through journeys, personas, heuristics, and usability testing.
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, UX audits, and research synthesis.
Define information architecture, content hierarchies, and navigation strategy.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and low-fidelity prototypes.
Contribute to AI-first experiences, including GPT discovery flows and conversational UIs.
Design conversion-optimized eCommerce experiences and product pages.
Advocate for accessibility and mobile-responsiveness across deliverables.
Collaborate with creative, technical, and engagement teams for alignment.
Support UX strategy for proposals and RFP responses.
Help shape Arke’s UX practice and internal standards.
