Job summary
MSQ DX is hiring a Front-End Development Manager to lead the Front-End Development practice in the US and Brazil. The role is hands-on technically while guiding teams, setting standards, and delivering high‑quality software across multiple engagements.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional front-end development experience, including 5+ years in a technical people-management role.
- Proven experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js at an enterprise level.
- Strong emphasis on code quality, mentoring, and delivering well-built solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with Architects, Product Owners, QA, and PMO.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end delivery across multiple client engagements, enforcing UI standards.
- Perform code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
- Develop hiring plans, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Partner with architecture, dev, QA, and PMO to scope work and mitigate risk.
- Drive AI-forward front-end practices and telemetry-enabled experiences.
