Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a growing team. You will own requirements gathering, translate them into user stories, and lead internal and client teams to drive projects to completion.

Expect interactions across sponsors, developers, and product owners, with a strong emphasis on AI-augmented workflows. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in web project lifecycles within MarTech, experience with CMSs, Jira/Azure DevOps, and a bachelor’s degree in Business or MIS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years web project lifecycle experience, ideally within a MarTech digital agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of sponsors and stakeholders.
• Gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflows, use cases, scenarios.
• Translate requirements into functional requirements understandable by developers.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
• Create process models, diagrams, and charts to guide development.
• Review requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Prioritize requirements with project teams and manage backlog refinements.
• Track requirements throughout the lifecycle and communicate changes in writing.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with quality and timeliness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
