Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product development for its public access and guest experience platforms. You will translate business requirements into epics, manage backlogs, and collaborate with internal and vendor teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

In a fast-paced, matrixed environment you’ll evaluate third-party vendor software, craft RFIs/RFPs, drive integrations, and support go-to-market activities to ensure uptime and value realization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product lifecycle experience in Agile/SDLC.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party vendor software.
• Ability to influence across Legal, Finance, Creative, Sales and Tech teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication across executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: translate requirements into epics, user stories and maintain backlogs.
• Vendor Strategy & Implementation: evaluate vendor solutions, RFIs/RFPs, and integrate software.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align with Legal, Finance, Creative, and Tech to define roadmaps.
• Quality & Sustainment: lead UAT, defect triage, and maintain 100% uptime.
• Market & Data Insight: track trends and AI developments to drive KPIs.
