Qualifications

• Experience in project management, creative operations, brand management, or related field.
• Exposure to brand governance, marketing, or digital experience projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and digital product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project coordinator for the Brand Governance Platform initiative.
• Partner with Adobe project managers to support planning, milestones, and execution.
• Coordinate internal brand stakeholders and business partners to ensure timely deliverables.
• Gather, organize, and manage project assets and documentation.
• Monitor project health and escalate risks when necessary.
• Support UAT and stakeholder feedback collection.
• Develop launch plans, communications strategies, and onboarding resources.
• Coordinate vendor, agency, and third-party partner activities.
