Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Services Project Manager I to oversee low- to mid-complexity clinical and lab services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with pharma service plans.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for Pharma clients, CROs, and site investigators. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of PM/clinical trial experience are required, with Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Title: Clinical Services Project Manager I

Mode: Remote

Job Duration: 12 month contract with possible extension

Job Summary: Manages low- to medium-complexity clinical and lab services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with pharma services plans. Acts as the primary point of contact for Pharma clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects, establishing timelines, tracking cross-functional activities, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Client & External Relations: Serve as the primary single point of contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
• Sample & Data Oversight: Guide day-to-day sample process flow, ensure accurate result reporting, and track/communicate project reports and clinical study data.
• Administrative & Collaboration: Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and foster continuous improvement within the clinical sciences team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree and Project Management/Clinical Research certifications are preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of project and/or clinical trial management experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical environment. Experience with rapid milestone achievement and bio-sample management is preferred.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, email) and ability to work effectively under time pressure.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
