Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Development Platforms to shape the vision and roadmap of digital capabilities that support clinical development operations. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, UX/Design, and cross-functional delivery teams to turn discovery insights into prioritized solutions that improve workflows and measurable outcomes.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $155,000 – $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of Product Management delivering enterprise software or digital products.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong discovery, end-to-end journey and workflow analysis, systems thinking, prioritization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating user needs into product requirements, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

This role will shape the vision and roadmap for digital capabilities that support clinical development operations and help teams work more effectively across the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, UX/Design, and cross-functional delivery teams to turn discovery insights into prioritized solutions that improve workflows and measurable outcomes. The position calls for strong systems thinking and end-to-end journey analysis, with a focus on translating user needs into clear requirements that can be executed by engineering and implementation partners. Success in this role will depend on your ability to influence without authority and drive progress in a highly collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
