Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in digital delivery.
• 5+ years in digital product or technology delivery within regulated domains.
• Domain experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Healthcare or similar.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and digital product delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong governance, risk and change management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology solutions for clinical trials and related functions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple streams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, clinical teams, vendors, and tech teams to define plans.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog, releases, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure success.
• Lead governance meetings and support strategic digital decisions.
